Meet the Driving Force Behind our BRAND
Victoria H. Newman
Founder and Managing Attorney
Victoria has over 16 years of experience representing and advising individuals and businesses in the areas of litigation, regulatory compliance, and corporate law. Before starting Transcendens Law, Victoria practiced at an AM Law 200 firm as a commercial litigator. She transitioned from the firm in-house to one of the nation's largest consumer finance companies. Over her ten year tenure in-house, she rose through the ranks to serve as the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer. While with the company, Victoria lead all litigation, bankruptcy, licensing, compliance, and government relations efforts before leaving to pursue her dream of building a client-focused business of her own.
Victoria attended law school at Stetson University College of Law and obtained her undergraduate degrees from the University of Georgia. She is licensed in Florida and Georgia.
Outside of the office, you can find Victoria on the family farm, spending quality time with her husband and two children, or watching/attending UGA football games.
