Victoria Helgesen
Founder and Managing Attorney
Victoria is a former Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel who now brings executive-level legal counsel to mid-sized businesses across the country.
For nearly a decade, she sat in the General Counsel and Chief Legal Officer seat at large, multi-state, heavily-regulated companies, serving on executive leadership teams and building the legal departments behind them. In those roles, she negotiated directly with state and federal regulators, led the legal response to a major data breach, defended class actions and mass arbitration filings, drove mergers and acquisitions, and structured a $350+ million debt refinancing in a difficult market. The kind of high-stakes work most attorneys never touch.
What that means for her clients today: very few problems are new to her. She's seen them at scale, under pressure, and across jurisdictions, and she knows how to solve them efficiently without overcomplicating the path forward.
That depth was built on a strong foundation. Victoria began her career at Holland & Knight, one of the nation's top law firms, where she handled complex commercial litigation, product liability, and trade secret matters for businesses and Fortune-level clients.
Today, Victoria serves mid-sized businesses across a range of industries, including financial services, contracting and construction, consumer-facing services, and product and warranty businesses, giving each the strategic legal partnership typically reserved for companies many times their size.
She founded Transcendens Law in 2025 for a simple reason. Inside large companies, she saw firsthand what it meant to have a General Counsel at the table for every important decision, anticipating risk, shaping strategy, and moving fast when it mattered. Most mid-sized businesses can't justify a full-time attorney of that caliber, but they deserve that same level of insight and advocacy. Transcendens exists to deliver it.
Victoria earned her J.D. from Stetson University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Georgia.

Rebecca brings a rare mix of small business grit and large company experience to her role as Office Manager at Transcendens Law. Her experience in larger corporate environments adds another layer, giving her a strong foundation in organization, process, and day to day coordination.
