These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, including all content, features, functionality, and services offered on or through the Site. These Terms do not govern our professional engagement to provide legal services; those are covered by a separate Client Engagement Agreement.

Use of the Site or submitting information via the Site, email, or other electronic means does not create an attorney–client relationship. No representation is formed unless we expressly accept you as a client in writing, after conflicts and other vetting.
